With reference to paragraph 8 of your despatch No. 114 of the 10th June, 1897, I have the honour to transmit for your information the enclosed copy of letters from the Chairman of the Jubilee Committee on the subject of the Women and Children's Hospital and the Nursing Institute together with photos of plans of the former.
2. As the Nursing Institute will be simply an extension of the present Quarters for Nurses at the Government Civil Hospital, I have not thought it necessary to transmit plans of it.
